CaRDiO AnD FiRmInG Up
Before when i was 275.3 to be exact I was very lazy and hated to exercise typical couch potato, I couldnt complete two miles with out feeling like to pass out. BUt nowadays im a exerciseholic hehe.
I recently did a 10k san jose mercury marathon.
I try to do at least 2 hrs of cardio a day. It can be any type of cardio whether you are sweating to the oldies or powerwalking or the popular taebo just as long as you get your body moving. I listen to music this helps me out to stay in the zone when I work out.
I work my abs every day also i use the ab doer or when im in a hurry I use 8 min abs hehe.
Train with on the TOTAL GYM 5 days a week. Total gym is awsome it gets you nice and lean not all bulky you dont have to workout at a gym ,just workout in the convience on your home. check out my wieght lifting routine at my favs link.
Tip- cardio before you eat in the morning will help you raise your metobolism and you get you into the fatburning stage you need. Cardio combine with weight lifting ad a sound diet like weightwatchers is the fastest way to lose.
you have to tone your muscles cause your skin gets all loose when you lose a lot of weight. Lifting weights raises your metobolism and tightens the skin.

put a before picture up on your fridge will help also.

Also pray for the strength, prayer is a very power thing dont neglect it.
